· We value working together with Jim & Jacquie Wiseman of Walls of Freedom Outreach. Jim & Jacquie desire to establish a church in the core area of Winnipeg that is open to all age groups and people groups. Their vision is to see a church that gives people hope for freedom from the social turmoil in their lives, and that encompasses the whole family and the whole community.
